Classic Facade
With a Modern Personality

Santa Lucía 17 is a newly built development on a site where a historic 1930s building once stood. The classic facade, characteristic of the neighborhood, has been faithfully replicated to match the original. Elements such as the artisanal plasterwork with its earthy texture and color, typical of the area, as well as the balcony railings, moldings, zinc-coated imposts, and granite base at the foundation of the facade have all been carefully restored.

Modern Terraces

The classic facade of Santa Lucía 17 contrasts with a modern rear facade featuring stepped terraces. These terraces showcase attractive contemporary railings, pergolas, thick glass panels, and wooden shutters with adjustable slats for controlling light. They bring abundant natural light into the spaces and serve as the perfect spot for enjoying a peaceful breakfast outdoors, an afternoon of reading in the sun, or an intimate dinner under the stars. The design harmoniously blends various textures and colors, using cutting-edge materials like aluminum composite panels to create a ventilated facade with excellent thermal performance.

Exclusive Spaces

Among its contemporary features, the building offers convenient parking spaces for each floor and a pool that adds freshness and vibrancy to the rear of the building. Upon entering Santa Lucía 17, you immediately sense the vision of your future new address: comfort, tranquility, spaciousness, and above all, an exceptional quality of life in the best street in Malasaña. These elements ensure the utmost comfort and well-being for residents, seamlessly integrating functionality and modern design into every corner.
